Main Structure: Typically composed of a kettle body, kettle lid, lifting mechanism, tilting mechanism, heating system, pressure control system, and safety devices, etc.
Connection and Sealing: The connection between the kettle body and lid generally adopts a flange with excellent sealing performance to ensure no leakage under high-pressure conditions. Some quick-opening structures use snap rings and corresponding bolt pressing for fastening, enabling rapid opening.
Lifting Mechanism: Responsible for the vertical movement of the kettle body. Common types include hand-cranked lead screws, electric lifting devices, and hydraulic lifting devices, which can easily raise or lower the kettle lid for convenient material addition and removal.
Tilting Mechanism: Allows the kettle body to freely switch between horizontal and vertical states. It is mostly realized by hand-cranking the worm on the column to drive the worm gear, or through electric or hydraulic drive. This design not only facilitates uniform mixing of reactants but also simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
