ZF Series Vacuum Filter Buchner Funnel Lab Vacuum Filtration Apparatus

The F series filter is capable of performing liquid-liquid extraction or liquid-solid filtration, and is effective in detecting and removing particulates and bacteria from fluids. It is ideal for use in sterile aseptic filtration tests, cleaning medium, small and medium-sized internal combustion engines, and removing solid particle pollution from jet fuel and hydraulic systems using a grating film.

Additionally, the F series vacuum filter is suitable for use with hydraulic oil, aviation kerosene, and high-purity reagent counting methods.

The ZF series filter have a stainless steel funnel receiving flask,vacuum port,discharge valve.

Contact the vacuum port to a vacuum pump then put filter bags or  filter papers into the top funnel can start fluid filtration.

Applications

Vacuum filter is used primarily in microbiological and laboratory procedures involving the collection of a particulate (bacteria, precipitate, etc.) from a liquid suspension. Liquid poured into a funnel passes through a filter, which retains the particulate, and filtrate can be collected into a filter flask, directly or via a vacuum manifold
